For the Sales Representative
Once the ad copy (text and graphics) has been received, the
production details of account info, ad size, scheduling and publication(s)
are entered into the Snap_Ads desktop client. When complete, the file
is simply dropped into a hot folder which is linked to our
graphics design department in real-time.

Internet ad creation, ad copy, text and graphics for display Advertising. Ad templates are created specifically for Contract Customers who simply pick the template they wish to use and add the text.

Preflighting Ad Copy
Preflight software checks the digital files thoroughly and warns us about potential printing problems while guiding us directly to them for repair.

After verification of the print job, the preflight application generates a detailed preflight report highlighting specific print problems; providing a quick and easy means to navigate to the error for repair. We review these reports and make the proper corrections. This is an integral step
in our quality-control process.
